Employee Survey

The Newmeasures employee Survey is a short employee satisfaction survey that calibrates the feelings and attitudes that make up the invisible, but critical, human nature of organizations. Each survey diagnosis is specific, reliable and valid. The survey analysis offers recommendations for actions keyed directly to the health and effectiveness of your organization.

Each Newmeasures Employee Survey consists of a single page, usually containing 16 to 21 items that are carefully tested and selected because they demonstrate a high degree of statistical reliability and validity. Employees need only a few minutes to complete a survey. Surveys can be administered by pencil/paper or online.
We analyze the data and create the easy-to-understand graphics and short narrative report that constitute a Newmeasures report. All this is accomplished rapidly-usually within 10 working days-after we receive your data.

Each report identifies the one or two organizational behaviors with the most powerful statistical linkage to overall organizational effectiveness. We refer to this linkage as the "Solution Path™." Reports recommend action steps that lead to organizations' improvement.

Introducing - Newmeasures Generational Module
Every generation is influenced by the economic, political and social events which create a context that may affect the way groups work. Appreciating the technological savvy of many younger workers and the play-by-the-rules approach of some older workers helps organizations better understand how generational diversity may affect work dynamics. A lack of understanding about generational differences can have detrimental effects on communication and working relationships, and serve to undermine organizational effectiveness.

In light of the significance of generational issues in modern organizations, Newmeasures has developed a new module which can be added to its 16-item employee engagement survey to assess generational differences in keys aspects of organizational life.
